Etowah Valley guests enjoy hot country buffet breakfasts and dinners. We provide in-room coffee and a daily newspaper outside your lodge around sunrise. Tuesday & Friday night dinners become an Open Hearth Party at The Pavilion with casual dress, live music, dancing, 2 drink tickets and a great tasting buffet. The rest of the week, a dinner is served in our elegant Dining Room.

On Sunday nights the dining room is casual and the Chef creates a Southern Home-style buffet. On Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday nights, we serve a dinner. Dress is Smart Casual. Jackets are suggested (no longer required) for gentlemen on those nights. No jeans or shorts please. Reservations are required for all guests by 2 p.m. on the desired date.
On Tuesday and Friday* nights, we have our Open Hearth Party in the outdoor Pavilion featuring an all-you-can-eat buffet of barbecue, pulled pork, ribs, complimentary beer and wine, music and dancing. Dress is casual and no reservations are required for guests staying on a Golf Package. We do ask for reservations by 2 p.m. of the desired date from guests staying on a Room Only Package.

Our Grill is open daily from 11 am to 3:30 pm for lunch.
