Prime Rib au Jus

Crusted with our signature blend of fresh herbs and spices. Juicy choice aged beef is slow-roasted to perfection. Carved to order and served with herbed mashed potatoes, au jus and horseradish cream upon request.

Roasted Pork Loin

Juicy, boneless, oven-roasted pork loin is delicately sliced and laid upon our herbed mashed potatoes. Ask your server for today's special preparation.

NC Mountain Trout

Our trout are locally raised in the cool, crisp waters of the North Carolina Mountains and are prepared daily using the freshest ingredients and creativity. Your server will inform you of today's special preparation. Accompanied by our rice du jour.

Honey Dijon Salmon

Our signature dish, a Norwegian fillet of salmon is grilled to flaky perfection and basted with a sweet Honey Dijon glaze. Served alongside our rice du jour.

Parmesan Crusted Chicken Alfredo

A delicate lacy crust of parmesan cheese and rosemary surrounds a sauteed, skinless breast of chicken, served with mushrooms and onions upon a bed of tomato-basil fettuccini, tossed in fresh basil pesto alfredo.

Shrimp and Scallop Penne Newburg

A generous portion of penne pasta is christened with shrimp and scallops simmered in a deliciously rich sherried lobster cream sauce and topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
