The Overlook Cottage

This fully furnished, totally equipped cottage has four bedrooms, each with two twin beds. It has two baths, living room, dining area, game room, large covered deck, central heat and air, washer/dryer, cable TV & phone. It overlooks the North Course and is 1/2 mile from the Club House. Packages have a 3 night/4 person minimum.

Packages include lodging, breakfast buffet, dinner (unless noted), unlimited complimentary greens fees and club storage. Cart fees are additional. Rates are per person, per night, based on double occupany. $35 nightly, single surcharge.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
$100 deposit is required within 10 days of making your reservation and cancellation is required 30 days in advance of your arrival date to receive a refund.

Golf Package Policy
Packages for two or more nights feature complimentary, unlimited greens fees.  You may play the day you check in (after 2 p.m.) and the day you check out.  Packages for one night receive one (1) 18-hole greens fee per person.  Additional rounds for single night packages are available at regular greens fees prices. Friday and Saturday nights cannot be seperated.


Additions To Package Price
Cart Fee: $18 per person per 18-hole round.

Taxes: Nightly, 7.75% state & $3.20 per room Occupancy tax.

Service Charge: 17% on breakfast and dinner
